How do I recruit affiliates?

  • Add manually: On the app, go to Affiliates → Add affiliate (name, email, optional program/coupons); optionally send an invite email.
  • Self-signup: Share your registration link (Affiliates page or setup) so people apply via your affiliate portal; you approve/deny in the app.
  • Program assignment: Assign a program (tier) when adding, or later on the affiliate’s profile; use Settings to auto-assign a program to new affiliates.

How do I assign commission programs to affiliates?

  • When adding: On the add-affiliate form, select a program (tier) from the dropdown; that sets their commission and tier perks.
  • Existing affiliate: Open the affiliate → use the program/tier control (e.g. “Individual” or tier name) → change to the desired program and save. Commission and tier-linked coupons update automatically.

Can I auto-assign programs to new affiliates?

Yes. In Settings, turn on Auto-assign program to new affiliates and choose the program in the dropdown. New affiliates (e.g. from portal registration) get that program by default. You can still change it per affiliate on their profile. See Settings for related onboarding defaults.

What if I want a personal program for my affiliate?

  • Option A: Leave the affiliate without a program (no tier). On their profile set their commission rate and any product/collection rules (custom commission rules). Commission is then based on that affiliate-only setup.
  • Option B: Create a tier used only for them (e.g. “VIP – Jane”) with the rate and rules you want, then assign that tier to the affiliate. They get a dedicated “program” without sharing it with others.
