How can I get more information from my affiliates?

  • Setup a Registration/sign-up form: In SettingsRegistration Form, turn on the form and add custom questions (short text or long text). Set a title and description, mark fields as required if needed, and optionally require the form before registration so affiliates must submit it to apply.
  • Per-affiliate: When you add or edit an affiliate in the app, you can fill Name, Email, Notes, and payment details. Any extra fields you add via the registration form are stored and shown where that form data is displayed (e.g. affiliate list or profile).
  • Payment details: Use Payout method on the affiliate profile so they (or you) can add PayPal email or other payout details. Custom payout methods are configured in Payouts → Payout settings.
  • For more structured custom fields (e.g. phone, address), use the Registration Form questions; that’s the main way to “get more information” at signup or application.
  • For affiliate review and approval after signup, see Affiliate management.

Can I customize the affiliate portal to fit my brand?

Yes, but it's currently limited. Use SettingsBranding (and related sections):

  • Brand name — Shown in the portal and emails.
  • Logo — Upload or set a URL; used in the portal and communications.
  • Favicon — Upload or set a URL so the portal tab shows your icon.
  • Support email and company address — Used in the portal and in emails.
  • Colors / theme — If your plan includes it, brand colors (primary, buttons, background, etc.) are set in Settings and applied to the affiliate portal and email templates so the experience matches your store.

You can also set the portal subdomain (e.g. affiliates.yourstore.com) in SettingsPortal, and use Preview Portal to see how it looks. The portal uses these branding settings so affiliates see your brand, not a generic one.

For what affiliates see after the portal is set up, read the Affiliate portal guide.
